For items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 14 calendar days of the purchase. The item must unopened and in its original condition. Shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
If our products arrived damaged please contact us right away and photograph damage. Send evidence to, we will send this onto our shipping provider, Australia Post. After reviewing photos our team will be in contact to organise a refund or replacement.
